Pop-in visits

Feeding, fresh water, litter, play and plenty of fuss while you're at work or away. Cats, rabbits and small pets welcome.

Overnight stays in your home, so your pets keep their routine, their bed and their sofa. Plants watered and post brought in too.

The human behind LDNPAWS

Hi, I'm Holy! I'm a South London local, and that's me with Coco, my Chief Treat Inspector.

I've owned and cared for animals my whole life, so feeding routines, medication, litter trays, muddy paws and the odd 3am zoomies are second nature to me. Between Coco and Cora at home, helping care for litters of kittens, and walks with Buffalo and Rex, pets have always been part of my everyday life.

I started LDNPAWS to give local pet owners someone they can really trust: the same friendly face every visit, your pet's routine kept just as you like it, and a photo update so you never have to wonder how they're doing.

FAQ

Do you board pets at your home?

No. We care for your pets in your own home, where they're most comfortable and keep their routine.

How do keys work?

We collect keys at the meet & greet. They're coded (never labelled with your address), stored securely and covered by key cover insurance. Regular clients can leave a set with us for free.

What if my pet gets ill while you're looking after them?

We're pet first aid trained. We'll contact you straight away, then your emergency contact, and take your pet to your vet or the nearest emergency vet if needed.

How do I pay?

Whatever suits you: bank transfer, card or cash. Regular walks are invoiced weekly. Pet sits need a 50% deposit to confirm, with the rest due before the start date.

What's your cancellation policy?

Walks and visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Pet-sit deposits are refundable with 7 or more days' notice.
